Fish boiled with soysauce
Boiled fish is one of Japanese traditional dishes. It goes well with rice.

- 4 pieces Fish (white meat)
- 1 C Water
- 1/3 C Cooking wine
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 Leek
- 10 g Ginger
- a lot Love
Cut fish into suitable-size pieces.
Put 1 into 50℃ hot water for a few min.
Put cooking wine, water, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sliced ginger, and love in a pan and heat it.
Add 1 to 3 and boil at medium heat
When it comes to boil, add the leek cut into 2cm lengths
