Japanese salad of mushroom and Chinese yam
Chinese yam is used as medicine in China. It has a lot of minerals, vitamin C, and vitamin B

- 1/2 pc Maitake mushroom
- 4 pieces Shiitake mushroom
- 1 pc Nameko mushroom
- 150 g Chinese yam
- 1 Leek
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Lemon salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp White sesame
- a lot Love
Cut Chinese yam into 1cm cubes
Put hot water on Nameko mushroom, maitake mushroom, and shiitake mushroom.
Stir-fry 2 with sesame oil.
Mix with 3, seasonings, and love.
Put white sesame on 4 and serve.
