Paprika sushi
Vegetable sushi is really healthy and good
Servings: 6 people

- 2 C Rice
- 2 C Broth
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- a little Salt
- a lot Love
Sushi vinegar
- 75 cc Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 of each Paprika (3colors)
- 3 tbsp White soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Broth
Wash and soak rice in water for 1 and a half hour before cooking.
Add broth, cooking wine, and salt and cook.
When it is ready, put sushi vinegar and wait until it becomes cold.
Cut paprika and remove seeds. Then boil until it is tender.
Put 4 into cold water and skin off.
Cut 4 as shown in the picture above.
Boil 6 with white soy sauce and broth and wait until it becomes cool.
Make rice balls from 3 and put 7 on it.
It is really tasty and healthy!
