Steamed egg custard

It is easy to cook. You can use any kinds of vegetables.

Ingredient

  • 1 Egg
  • 250 cc Broth
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 30 g Chicken
  • 1 tsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  •  1(small) Zucchini
  • 1/2 Paprika
  • 10 Fresh soy beans
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Make broth with kelp and bonito.
  • Mix 1, egg, cooking wine, white soy sauce, and love.
  • Cut chicken into bite –size, then season with cooking wine and soy sauce.
  • Cut zucchini and paprika into bite-sizes.
  • Steamed fresh soy beans and remove the beans from pods.
  • Put 3 and 4 into bowls, then pour 2.
  • Steam 6 for 15min.
  • Check 7 with a toothpick. If the soup isn’t clean, heat longer.
  • Put 5 on top and serve.
