Egg plant with sesame sauce

Skin of deep-fried egg plant is really soft.

Ingredient

  • 4 Eggplant
  • 2 tbsp Sesame paste
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp Rub sesame
  • 4 Japanese basil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut eggplant into 2 part vertically and cut each part into 3 pieces.
  • Deep fry 1 and put it into hot water for a short while.
  • Mix sesame paste, sugar, soysauce, vinegar, cooking wine, and rub sesame.
  • Mix 3 and 4.
  • Put shredded Japanese basil on top and serve.
