Black sugar buns
This is one of Japanese traditional sweets. It is like full moon.
Servings: 12 pieces

- 200 g Flour
- 80 g Black sugar
- 5 g Baking powder
- 100 cc Hot water
- 240 g Red bean paste
- A lot Love
Melt the black sugar in hot water ,
Mix flour and baking powder.
Mix 1, 2 well and add love to it.
Divide 3 into 12 pieces.
Divide the red bean paste into 12 pieces.
Wrap 5 with 4.
Steam 6 over a medium flame for 10 minutes.
You can decorate with a rabbit template as shown above.
