Lotus roots pudding

Lotus root has a lot of vitamin C, Fresh lotus roots season is limited. But you can use Lotus roots powder through the year.

Ingredient

  • 1 tbsp Lotus roots powder
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 2 tsp Agar
  • 100 cc Water
  • 160 cc Soybean milk
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix lotus roots powder, sugar, and agar.
  • Put 1 in a pot and add water, then place on the fire.
  • When 2 melt well, add soybean milk and love until it becomes thick.
  • Pour 3 in bowls and put them in a refrigerator.
  • After 1hour put dried papaya and raisins on top and serve.
