Strawberry tart

Tofu cream is really healthy. It is lighter taste than whipped cream

Ingredient

Pastry

  • 180 g Flour
  • 15 g Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 80 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 6 Strawberries

Filling

  • 150 g Tofu
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 5 Strawberries
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix flour, sugar, salt, egg yolk, butter, and milk with love well.
  • Make a bowl of 1 and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Put tofu, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and strawberries into the speed cutter and mix well.
  • Extend 3 to 5mm, then die cut with round shape.
  • Put 4 on the baking tray and make holes.
  • Bake 5 at 190℃ for 10 minutes then wait in the oven for 10 minutes
  • When 6 becomes cool, you put 3 and strawberries on top and serve.
