Lotus root soup

Grated lotus root makes soup thick. It is good for stomach.

Ingredient

  • 300 cc Broth
  • 100 g Lotus root
  • 2 tsp Cooking wine
  • 2 tsp Mirin
  • a little Salt
  • 20 Wolf berries
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Make broth with kelp and bonito.
  • Grate half of lotus root and thin slice half.
  • Warm 1 and add 2.
  • Add seasoning and love to 3
  • Pour 4 into bowls, add wolfberries and serve.
