Grilled chicken with Japanese pepper

This is a bit spicy. You can use chili pepper instead of Japanese pepper powder.

Ingredient

  • 1 Chicken thigh
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Japanese pepper powder
  • 3 Peas
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Make holes with fork on the chicken skin.
  • Put salt around 1.
  • Remove water from 2 and sprinkle Japanese pepper.
  • Bake 3 at 200 ℃ for 20 min on the side with skin and for 5min on the side without skin.
  • Cut 4 and put on the plate with green peas as shown above and serve.
