Cooked Chinese cabbage with milk

You can feel sweetness of Chinese cabbage.

Ingredient

  • 250 g Pork
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger juice
  • 300 g Chinese cabbage
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 C Broth
  • 1 C Milk
  • 1/2 C Whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • a little Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Leek
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix pork, salt, and ginger juice.
  • Cut Chinese cabbage into chunks.
  • Stir-fry 1 and 2 with sesame oil.
  • Put butter and flour into a pan and stir-fry for 3 min.then add broth and milk until soup becomes thick.
  • Put 3 into 4.
  • Add whipping cream and salt to 5.
  • Put chopped leeks on top and serve.
