Lotus and Chinese chives dumpling

It is nice scent and taste fluffy.

Ingredient

  • 130 g Lotus
  • 5 Chinese chives
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 tsp Lemon salt
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Grate lotus roots
  • Chop Chinese chives
  • Mix 1, 2, egg white, lemon salt. Flour, and love.
  • Make 8 balls of 3
  • Bake 4 with sesame oil.
