Deep-fried croquette
This croquette is no coating. I use deep-fried tofu instead of coating.

- 1 Potato
- 2 tbsp Chopped Kimchi
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 pieces Deep-fried tofu
- a lot Love
Steam a potato until tender.
Mash 1.
Mix chopped kimchi, 1, mayonnaise, and love.
Turn over the deep-fried tofu.
Put 3 into 4.
Bake 5 with rapeseed oil.
It is good idea to use deep-fried tofu instead of batter.
