Deep-fried croquette

This croquette is no coating. I use deep-fried tofu instead of coating.

Ingredient

  • 1 Potato
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Kimchi
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 pieces Deep-fried tofu
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Steam a potato until tender.
  • Mash 1.
  • Mix chopped kimchi, 1, mayonnaise, and love.
  • Turn over the deep-fried tofu.
  • Put 3 into 4.
  • Bake 5 with rapeseed oil.

Notes

It is good idea to use deep-fried tofu instead of batter.
