Plum dumpling

This is sweet and sour dessert. It is good for warm day

Ingredient

  • 200 g Coarse rice powder
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 250 g Hot water
  • 50 cc Plum syrup
  • 200 g Plum paste(White beans paste +marinated plum)
  • a lot Love
  • 12 Hydrangea leaf

Instructions

  • Mix coarse rice powder and sugar
  • Mix syrup and hot water.
  • Put 1 into 2 and wait for 10 min.
  • Heat 3 for 5 min. in microwave and wait for 10 min.
  • Mix white beans paste and plum syrup.
  • Make 12 balls of 4 and 5.
  • Wrap balls of 5 with balls of 4
  • Put Hydrangea leaf on a plate and put 7 on it and serve.
