- 150 g silken tofu
- 6 candied jujube Chinese dates
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 10 wolfberries
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- A lot of love
Cream silken tofu in a food processor.
Reconstitute the wolfberries with tea.
Mix black sesame seeds, granulated sugar and 1,then put into bowls.
Put the candied jujube Chinese dates and wolfberries on 3.
This is a dish to prevent dryness of the lungs in autumn. It is mellow and addictive!
