- 300 g Sweet potato
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 70 g Potato starch
- 5 tbsp Water
- A lot Love
- 2tsp Olive oil
sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
Steam sweet potatoes with the skin on.
Mash 1, add sugar, potato starch, water and love.
Bake 2 in a frying pan with olive oil.
Add the sauce to 3 and season to taste.
Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin C. It is a good food to take from inside the body for summer sunburn.
