Spring roll for the Boy’s Festival
You can enjoy making helmet using spring roll sheet.
Servings: 5 people
Ingredient
- 5 sheets Spring rolls sheet
- 250 g Minced pork
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 4 pieces Welsh onion
- 2 Cloud ear mushroom
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Potato flour
- 2 tbsp Water
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Soak the cloud ear mushrooms in water until tender.
- Stir-fry the minced pork, chopped welsh onion, chopped cloud ear mushrooms, and love with seasoning.
- Make the spring roll sheets into helmet shapes.
- Put 2 into 3.
- Deep fry 4.
