Ingredient

  • 100 g Rice flour
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 150 cc Water
  • 20 g Potato starch
  • 40 g Apple jam
  • 30 g White sweet beans paste
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix well rice flour, sugar, water and Love.
  • Heat 1 in a microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and mix.
  •  Heat 2 in a microwave at 600W for 1 minute and mix.
  • Continue 3 about 4 times, mixing until the mixture is no longer powdery, and make rice cakes.
  • Mix apple jam and white sweet beans paste.
  • Place 5 on the potato starch and divide into 6pieces.
  • Make balls of 5 into 20g portions.
  • Make balls of 6 and stretch thinly by hand and wrap 7.

Notes

*This is good for apple season. This is sweet and sour sweet.
