Add 1 cup of water (not included in the quantity) to mung beans and bring to a boil, then drain off the water (remove the scum).
Add 2 cups of water to 1 and bring to pressure.
Bring to a boil, turn off the heat, and let stand until the pressure drops.
Add sugar and salt to 3 and season to taste.
Add bananas to rice flour.
Add tofu to 5 and mix well.
Roll 6 into a ball of appropriate size and boil. (1minute after rising to the surface)
Put 4 in a bowl, mix with milk to desired consistency, and place 7 on top.
