Grilled pork wrapped with Japanese basil

- 2 pieces Pork loin
- 1 tsp Salted malt
- 12 pieces Japanese basil
- 50 cc Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 piece Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- a lot Love
Season pork with salted malt.
Cut garlic into thin slices.
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil and 2.
Wash and drain shiso leaves.
Marinate the Japanese basils in the mixture of 3.
Brown 1 in olive oil.
Cut 6 each piece into 6 equal pieces.
Wrap each slice with 5.
Arrange the garlic on top when serving.
Make a lot of Japanese basils when it is inexpensive and freeze it for year-round consumption. It is also delicious wrapped around rice with soybean paste or sesame seeds added!
