Equipment

Ingredient

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 60 g Butter
  • 50 cc Milk
  • 50 g Canned peach
  • a lot Love

Peach custard

  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 100 cc Peach syrup and milk
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  •  Sift flour and baking powder.
  • Mix butter and 1 well.
  • Add sugar, salt, milk to 2.(add milk little by little)
  • Add chopped peach with love to 3.
  • Die cut 4 with scone cutter, and bake 20 minutes at 170 ℃

Peach custard

  • Mix all ingredients and heat in a microwave at 700W for 1minute, and check. You should repeat this action a few times until cream is made.

Notes

*Peach scone goes well with peach custard.
