Eton Mess
It is one of English sweets. It is good way how to eat Meringue.

Ingredient
- 1 Baked meringue(5cm diameter)
- 2 tbsp Acai paste
- 50 g Ice cream
- 5 Blueberries
- 3 Shine Muscat
- a lot Love
Baked meringue
- 1 Egg white
- 25 g Granulated sugar
- a little Vanilla essence
Instructions
- Put the baked meringue at the bottom of a cup.
- Add acai paste, ice cream, more acai paste, and love in layers to 1.
- Decorate on top with blueberries and muscats.
Notes
Eton Mess is an English dessert in which strawberries, meringue and ice cream are used.
It is called Mess because it is messy.
It is eaten at the cricket game between Eton College and Harrow School.
