Stir-fried bamboo shoot and pickled mustard plant

Pickled mustard has potassium, fiber, and vitamin K. It is good for health.

Ingredient

  • 100 g Bamboo shoot
  • 1/2 Pickled mustard plant
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Grilled sesame
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Boil bamboo shoot with hot pepper and rice bran.
  • Thin slice 1
  • Cut pickled mustard plant into fine stripes
  • Stir-fry 2 and 3 with sesame oil.
  • Put soy sauce, sugar, and love into 4.
  • Put 5 into bowls.
  • Put grilled sesame on 6 and serve.
