- 2 cups Rice
- 1 piece Ginger
- 20 g Pine nuts
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- a little Sesame seeds
- a lot Love
Wash rice and leave for 1.5 hours
Add shredded ginger, pine nuts, salt and love to 1.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Pine nuts warm the body, soothe coughs, and invigorate the brain. They are perfect for a dry summer body!
