Ingredient

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 20 g Pine nuts
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • a little Sesame seeds
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash rice and leave for 1.5 hours
  • Add shredded ginger, pine nuts, salt and love to 1.
  • Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

Notes

Pine nuts warm the body, soothe coughs, and invigorate the brain. They are perfect for a dry summer body!
