Lomi Lomi Salmon

- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1/4 onion
- 1 tbsp green onion
- 10 cherrytomatoes
- 1/2 kabosu
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A little salt
- A little pepper
- A lot of love
Cut smoked salmon into 1cm length.
Chop onion and tomato into 1 cm cubes.
Squeeze kabosu and mix with olive oil.
Add 1, 2, finely chopped green onion and love to 3and mix well.
Season 4 with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
It is a perfect plate after eating strong taste dish.
