Halloween Ball shaped Sushi

Ingredient

  • 30 dried butterfly peas
  • 3 cups rice
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • A lot love
  • 30 pieces roselle malt (If you don't have roselle malt, substitute with kari-kari-ume plum)

Instructions

  • Put butterfly peas in the rice with sake and love.
  • When the rice is cooked, remove the butterfly pea flowers.
  • Cut the roselle malt or ume plums into rough chunks
  • Form into a round shape with saran wrap and put 3on top.

Notes

Blue rice is perfect for Halloween. Butterfly peas themselves have no flavor, but they taste great when combined with kari-kari-ume, yukari, etc.
