Halloween Ball shaped Sushi

- 30 dried butterfly peas
- 3 cups rice
- 1 tbsp sake
- A lot love
- 30 pieces roselle malt (If you don't have roselle malt, substitute with kari-kari-ume plum)
Put butterfly peas in the rice with sake and love.
When the rice is cooked, remove the butterfly pea flowers.
Cut the roselle malt or ume plums into rough chunks
Form into a round shape with saran wrap and put 3on top.
Blue rice is perfect for Halloween. Butterfly peas themselves have no flavor, but they taste great when combined with kari-kari-ume, yukari, etc.
