Instructions
Wrap the tofu with paper towel to drain water for 1hour.
Grate Chinese yam.
Put 1 into plastic bag and crush.
Add 2, potato starch, and sesame paste to 3 with love and mix well.
Put plate seaweed on cooking sheet, then put half of 4 and spread.
Draw line on 5 like eel.
Bake 6 both side until color becomes brown at 200 ℃.
Make eel sauce with soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and cooing wine.
Pour 8 on 7
Cut 9 into bite-size pieces and sprinkle Japanese pepper powder.
