Water Kimchi

Ingredient

  • 1/4 Radish
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 1 Japanese ginger
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1/2 Red pepper
  • a lot Love

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1liter Water
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2tsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Cut radish, cucumber and apple into 2 to 3 mm strips.
  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp of salt over 1 and let stand for 30 minutes until softened.
  • Pour water into 2.
  • Add vinegar and sugar to 3 and mix to taste.
  • Mix red pepper, Japanese ginger, grated ginger and love.

Notes

Water-Kimchi is something you want to eat every day in summer. You can enjoy the change of taste which changes every day.
You should eat it in about a week.
