Water Kimchi

Cost: 200 yen
- 1/4 Radish
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1/2 Apple
- 1 Japanese ginger
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1/2 Red pepper
- a lot Love
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1liter Water
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2tsp Sugar
Cut radish, cucumber and apple into 2 to 3 mm strips.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of salt over 1 and let stand for 30 minutes until softened.
Pour water into 2.
Add vinegar and sugar to 3 and mix to taste.
Mix red pepper, Japanese ginger, grated ginger and love.
Water-Kimchi is something you want to eat every day in summer. You can enjoy the change of taste which changes every day.
You should eat it in about a week.
