- 1 Carrot
- 1 piece Garlic
- 1 piece Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- a lot Love
Cut carrots in half lengthwise, then cut in half again
Heat1 in microwave for 2 minutes.
Put olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry chopped garlic.
Remove the rosemary from the branches and add it to2.
Add 2 to 4 and fry until browned.
After taking out the carrots, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to make a sauce.
Serve5 and pour 6 sauce over the carrots.
