Ingredient

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 piece Garlic
  • 1 piece Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut carrots in half lengthwise, then cut in half again
  • Heat1 in microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Put olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry chopped garlic.
  • Remove the rosemary from the branches and add it to2.
  • Add 2 to 4 and fry until browned.
  • After taking out the carrots, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to make a sauce.
  • Serve5 and pour 6 sauce over the carrots.
