Tomatoes in syrup

Ingredient

  • 20 Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Remove the stems from cherry tomatoes and make across-shaped slit on the opposite side.
  • Put 1 in boiling water, remove immediately and put in iced water.
  • Peel the tomatoes’ skin.
  • Dissolve sugar by mixing sugar, and water with love.
  • When 4 becomes cold, add lemon juice to 4 and soak3 inside.
  • Put 5 in the refrigerator and chill.

Notes

*These tomatoes are like a dessert. They are like sparkling jewels. Enjoy in summer!
