Tomatoes in syrup

- 20 Cherry tomatoes
- 100 g Sugar
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- a lot Love
Remove the stems from cherry tomatoes and make across-shaped slit on the opposite side.
Put 1 in boiling water, remove immediately and put in iced water.
Peel the tomatoes’ skin.
Dissolve sugar by mixing sugar, and water with love.
When 4 becomes cold, add lemon juice to 4 and soak3 inside.
Put 5 in the refrigerator and chill.
*These tomatoes are like a dessert. They are like sparkling jewels. Enjoy in summer!
