Garden peas with Curry and Cheese

Ingredient

  • 10 Garden peas
  • 300 cc Broth(kelp and bonito)
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • a little Salt
  • 1tbsp + 1tsp Cheese powder
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut garden peas into 5cm pieces and simmer them in soup stock until tender.
  • Mix curry powder, mayonnaise, salt, and 1 large cheese powder with love.
  • Mix 1 and 2 well.
  • Sprinkle the 1tsp of cheese powder on the top.

Notes

Garden pea is a traditional vegetable of Aichi Prefecture. The slightly spicy flavor of garden pea makes it easy to eat as much as you like.
