Italian hamburger steak

Ingredient

  • 400 g Minced pork
  • 6 Basil leaves
  • 1/2 piece Garlic clove in soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • a little Pepper
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar 
  • a little Salt
  • 1/2 piece Garlic clove in soy sauce
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Chop basil and eggplant, and grate garlic
  • Mix minced pork, basil, 1/2 grated garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper and love.
  • Roll 2 into 2 pieces and fry them in olive oil in a frying pan.
  • Takeout 3 from the pan and set aside.
  • Add chopped eggplant and minced garlic to the frying pan and fry well in the meat oil (if there is no oil, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil).
  • Season 5 with balsamic vinegar and salt.
  •  Put 4 on dish and pour 6 on top.

Notes

This is a hamburger steak with a very nice basil aroma. Enjoy with the flavor of garlic
