Instructions
Knead butter with a speed cutter
Put granulated sugar into 1 in 3 parts.
Put 2 into a bowl. Add flour, almond powder, water and love, mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll the mixture into 10 pieces and bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes.
After baking, leave to cool on the baking sheet.
When it becomes cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on it.
Notes
These cookies are made in Mexico for wedding parties.
The crispy texture is irresistible.
