- 100 g Domyoji flour
- 20 g Sugar
- 150 ml Hot water
- 100 g Strawberry bean paste
- 30 g Soybean flour
- a lot Love
Mix Domyoji flour and sugar well, then add hot water and mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600 watt for 5 minutes, then wait for 10 minutes and divide into 5 equal portions.
Divide strawberry bean paste into 5 equal portions.
Wrap 3 and love in 2.
Sprinkle green soybean flour around 4, then form an oval shape, and pinch the right and left sides.
*Green rice cake made with Domyoji flour is a very elegant recipe. Green soybean flour is perfect for the fresh green season.
