Braized wakame seaweed and ginger

Ingredient

  • 60 g salted wakame seaweed
  • a pinch ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • a little Love

Instructions

  • Wash and remove salt from wakame seaweed and soak in water for 20 minutes.
  • Cut 1 into bite-sized pieces.
  • Pour boiling water over 2.
  • Finely chop ginger.
  • Put sesame oil in a frying pan and fry 4.
  • Add 2 to 5 and fry briefly.
  • Add soy sauce and love to 6. Add salt to taste.

Notes

*Wakame is one of the very healthy food with full of minerals. It also contains the water-soluble dietary fiber alginic acid, which helps to slow the rise in blood sugar levels after meals and lower cholesterol levels.
