Pumpkin steamed jelly

Ingredient
- 200 g Pumpkin
- 200 cc Sweet sake
- 100 cc water
- 100 g Flour
- to taste Date syrup
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Steam pumpkin and mash.
- Mix 1 with sweet sake.
- Add water, flour, and love and mix well.
- Rub in 3.
- Mix 4 and 2 together.
- Put 5 in a heatproof container.
- Heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 6 minutes.
- Remove from heat and divide into 6 equal portions.
- Serve with date syrup
Notes
＊Date syrup is really good with pumpkin jelly. Pumpkin jelly is good for Halloween.
