Ingredient

  • 200 g Pumpkin
  • 200 cc Sweet sake
  • 100 cc water
  • 100 g Flour
  • to taste Date syrup
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Steam pumpkin and mash.
  • Mix 1 with sweet sake.
  • Add water, flour, and love and mix well.
  • Rub in 3.
  • Mix 4 and 2 together.
  • Put 5 in a heatproof container.
  • Heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 6 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and divide into 6 equal portions.
  • Serve with date syrup

Notes

*Date syrup is really good with pumpkin jelly. Pumpkin jelly is good for Halloween.
