- 200 g Pumpkin
- 200 cc Sweet sake
- 100 cc water
- 100 g Flour
- to taste Date syrup
- a lot Love
Steam pumpkin and mash.
Mix 1 with sweet sake.
Add water, flour, and love and mix well.
Rub in 3.
Mix 4 and 2 together.
Put 5 in a heatproof container.
Heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 6 minutes.
Remove from heat and divide into 6 equal portions.
Serve with date syrup
*Date syrup is really good with pumpkin jelly. Pumpkin jelly is good for Halloween.
