Fried noodle

Ingredient

  • 2 Noodle
  • 2 leaves Cabbage             
  • 1/2 Carrot   
  • 5 Shrimps
  • 1 Shiitake mushroom
  • 2 tbsp Thin sliced bonito
  • 10 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt                                   
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Green laver
  • 1 tbsp Red ginger
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Perforatenoodle bag and warm for 1minute in the microwave.
  • Thinslice cabbage, carrot, shiitake mushroom and green pepper.
  •  Cutshrimp vertically in half.
  • Fry3 with sesame oil. When shrimp become red, take them out.
  • Stir-fry2 with sesame oil.
  •  Steamcarrot for 1 minute with microwave, then put it in 5.
  • Season6 with 5 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce and salt with love, then take them out.
  • Put1 into frying pan with sesame oil, then sprinkle cooking wine on top and fry.
  • Season8 with 5 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
  •  Add4 and 7 to 9.
  •  Put10 on plates and put green laver, red ginger, and dried tuna on top and serve.
  • *SPut 1 into frying pan with sesame oil, then sprinkle cooking wine on top andfry.

Notes

hrimp fried noodle is very refreshing taste.
