Mushroom dumplings

Ingredient

  • 4 Fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 50 g Pumpkin
  • 125 g Minced pork
  • 1/2 tbsp White miso
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh pepper
  • 1 tbsp Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Potato starch and water
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Apply potato starch and water on fresh shiitake mushrooms.
  • Steam pumpkin and mash.
  • Mix minced pork, white miso, fresh pepper, and 2 with love.
  • Put 3 into 1.
  • Brush egg yolk on top and bake for 20minutes at 200 ℃.

Notes

* When you buy fresh shiitake mushroom, you had better dry them outside for 1 day and freeze
Taste becomes really delicious.
