Mushroom dumplings

- 4 Fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 50 g Pumpkin
- 125 g Minced pork
- 1/2 tbsp White miso
- 1/2 tsp Fresh pepper
- 1 tbsp Egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Potato starch and water
- A lot Love
Apply potato starch and water on fresh shiitake mushrooms.
Steam pumpkin and mash.
Mix minced pork, white miso, fresh pepper, and 2 with love.
Put 3 into 1.
Brush egg yolk on top and bake for 20minutes at 200 ℃.
* When you buy fresh shiitake mushroom, you had better dry them outside for 1 day and freeze
Taste becomes really delicious.
