Clear tomato soup

Soup with yuzu pepper is really tasty. And it sharpen your appetite

Ingredient

  • 8 Cherry tomato
  • 600 cc Broth
  • 2 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion
  • 2 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tsp Yuzu pepper
  • according to taste Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Warm up broth
  • Combine white soy sauce and cooking wine.
  • Cut cherry tomatoes into halves, put them in 2
  • Put Yuzu pepper into 3 and taste. (If you need salt add to soup)
  • Stir eggs and put them in 3
  • Chop spring onion
  • Sprinkle 6 and a lot of love on 5.
