Chawanmushi

It is one of traditional Japanese dishes. Steamed dishes are good for health.

Ingredient

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 90 g Mushrooms
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 pieces Bacon
  • 2 pieces Broccoli
  • 2 pieces Fish paste (kamaboko)
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix egg, water, white soy sauce, and salt.
  • Steam mushroom with soy sauce, sugar. and water.
  • Put bacon,bloccolli, crab kamaboko,and 2 in a pudding mold.
  • Add 1 and love in 3
  • Put 4 in boiling water for 5~10min.
  • Check 5 with a toothpick. If you can’t see clear soup, heat longer.
