Rolled egg

It is one of traditional Japanese dishes. It is sweet and soft.

Ingredient

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 half- eggshells full Water
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Put 1 in a pan and make scrambled eggs.
  • Put 2 on a plastic film or Alminium sheet and make into a loaf.
  • Wait until 3 cool.
  • Cut 4 into bite- size pieces.
