Cooked Beef tendon and Radish
Beef tendon is really tasty with vegetables. Beef tendon is good for cooked dishes.

- 100 g Beef tendon
- 1/2 radish Radish (400g)
- 30 cc Cooking wine(white)
- 15 cc Sugar
- 45 cc Soy sauce
- a lot Love
Cut beef tendon into bite size. Boiled beef tendon in boiling water for 5 min. then throw away hot water.
Put beef tendon and pour water over them till it just cover them in the pressure cooker and high heat until pressure breaks out and low heat for 2min. Leave until pressure go down perfectly.
Peel 1/2 radish(400g) and cut into quarter slices
Put 3, cooking wine, sugar, and soy sauce in 2
High heat until pressure breaks out then pour cold water on it to reduce pressure and open it
Ready to Eat with lots of Love
