Healthy Tofu Dish
Konbu is kelp. Konbu and tofu is really good combination.

- 1 pack Tofu
- 15 g Salted Konbu
- 3 tbsp Stock and say sauce mixture(white)
- 1 tbsp Starch
- 1 tbsp Water
- a lot Love
Cut Tofu 1/2 and put them in the pot and pour water over them till it just covered them.
Put Stock and Soy sauce mixture in 1 then law heat until boiling.
Mix with starch and water
Put 3 in 2 and thicken the broth(your taste)
Ready to Eat with a lot of love
