Okonomi-yaki (Japanese pizza)

Ingredient

  • 100 g Cake flour
  • 1/2 Cabbage
  • 250 g Grated Yam
  • 2 Egg
  • 120 cc Water
  • 100 g Pork
  • 2 tbsp Green laver
  • 4 tbsp Dried bonito powder
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Sake (Mirin)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Shred cabbage and cut pork into bite size pieces.
  • Fry 1 with 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Combine 2, Egg, grated Yam,  2tbsp dried  bonito powder, water and mix well.
  • Divide 3 into 2 portions.
  • Pour 1tbsp sesame oil in the frying pan then pan fry 4
  • When the Bottom becomes golden brown, turn over and brown the other side.
  • Mix Worcester sauce, sweet sake. and ketchup, then brush it onto 6.
  • Sprinkle a lot of love, 2tbsp dried bonito powder and green laver  on it.
