Miso Soup
This is a western style miso soup. Bacon goes well with miso soup.
Servings: 4 people
Ingredient
- 1 pc Tofu
- 70 g Bacon
- 1 Leek
- 2 Eggs
- 600 cc Hot water
- 2 tbsp Miso
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Beat the eggs
- Cut the bacon and put it into hot water.
- Cut the tofu into cubes, chop the leek, and put them into 1.
- Put the Miso into 2.
- Turn off the heat, and put the beaten egg and love in 3
