Gratin of bamboo shoots
Bamboo shoots go well with cheese. You can use mayonnaise instead of white sauce.

- 2 Boiled bamboo shoot(part of bottom half)
- 100 cc Hot water
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cooking wine
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 200 g Melting cheese
- a lot Love
Cut the bamboo shoot into thin slices.
Cook 1 with hot water, soy sauce, sugar, and cooking wine, until the juices are gone.
Mix 2 and mayonnaise.
Put 3 into a heat-resistant dish.
Put the cheese on 4, and bake it for 10min. at 200 degrees with Love.
