Mix lily bulbs and sour plums
Lilly bulbs are very nutritious, and good for sore-throat.

Instructions
Break up the lily bulbs and put them into 50℃ hot water.
Steam 1
Remove the seed from the sour plums and chop them.
Mix 2, 3, and love.
