Steamed lotus with special sauce

Steam lotus is really chewy. This sauce is really good for chicken or burdock, or so on

Ingredient

  • 3 pieces Lotus
  • 2 tbsp Mayoonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • a little Pepper
  • a little Green laver
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Peel the lotus and put it into 50-degrees hot water.
  • Steam 1 in a pressure pot over strong fire. After it boils, steam for 2 minutes at law heat, then wait until the pressure deceases.
  • Cut 2 into 2 cm pieces.
  • Make a sauce with the mayonnaise and ketchup.
  • Put 4 and pepper, green laver and love on 3.
