Yam soup

Grate yam is soft in soup. It makes your body warm.

Ingredient

  • 300 cc Broth (bonito)
  • A little Dried radish
  • 20 g Yam
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Potato flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1/4 tsp Yuzu Pepper
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Grate the yam, and mix with the flour, and potato flour.
  • Put dried radish, salt, cooking wine, Yuzu pepper, and love into the broth and heat over a fire.
  • Put 1 into 2 with a spoon.
  • Add salt to 3 to taste.
  • Pour 4 into soup bowls.
