Yam soup
Grate yam is soft in soup. It makes your body warm.

- 300 cc Broth (bonito)
- A little Dried radish
- 20 g Yam
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Potato flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp Yuzu Pepper
- A lot Love
Grate the yam, and mix with the flour, and potato flour.
Put dried radish, salt, cooking wine, Yuzu pepper, and love into the broth and heat over a fire.
Put 1 into 2 with a spoon.
Add salt to 3 to taste.
Pour 4 into soup bowls.
