Grilled Chicken wings

It is one of Nagoya dishes. It is a little bit spicy

Ingredient

  • 10 Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 100 cc Rice oil
  • 2 tbsp Sesame
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Make some cuts on the skin side of the chicken wings.
  • Wipe liquid from 1.
  • Deep- fry 2 with rice oil.
  • Soak 3 into a sauce, made by mixing soy sauce, cooking wine, mirin, honey, and love for a minutes.
  • Remove chicken wings from sauce, put pepper and sesame on them and serve.
