Grilled Chicken wings
It is one of Nagoya dishes. It is a little bit spicy

- 10 Chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 100 cc Rice oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame
- 1 tsp Pepper
- A lot Love
Make some cuts on the skin side of the chicken wings.
Wipe liquid from 1.
Deep- fry 2 with rice oil.
Soak 3 into a sauce, made by mixing soy sauce, cooking wine, mirin, honey, and love for a minutes.
Remove chicken wings from sauce, put pepper and sesame on them and serve.
